Notice is hereby given that the Friends of the Hatton Annual General Meeting will be held in the Learning Room in the Hatton Gallery on Saturday, 4th May 2024.
The AGM will follow a similar format as in previous years which is as follows:
10.00 Coffee and biscuits
10.15 Show and Talk.
We are inviting members to bring in items from their collection and/or their own art
work which they can share with other members and explain their feelings about it.
11.00 Meeting commences
Please let me have any of the following by Monday 25th March 2024:
- Relevant items you wish to have included on the agenda
- Nominations to become a committee member. Proposer must have the agreement of the nominee
- Requests to take part in the Show and Talk
